The HR Executive will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Skills
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Support HR Manager in conducting investigations and maintaining employee records.
- Implement and promote employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and HR policies.
- Prepare and process payroll in collaboration with finance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave policies.
- Provide support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and enrollment.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Stay informed about HR trends, legal changes, and industry standards.
Training
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
